We, Lorna Norris and Roderick MacIver and third party vendors acting on our behalf will necessarily process your personal information in order to take your booking for a stay at Craig Cottage.

The data will only be retained where it is reasonable and necessary for us to do so. We will, if you so request, advise you of what data we hold related to you and destroy this data should you request us to, where it is reasonable or necessary under legislation.

Security Camera

A fixed security camera, for security and monitoring purposes is installed externally, near to Craig Cottage. The camera is easily visible but positioned in such a way as not to view the doorway entrance or inside of the cottage at any time. The camera is not monitored continuously during your stay and if on, is muted.

Any recordings will be deleted unless they contain evidence of a crime or wilful damage or wrongdoing. Recordings would only be provided to the police or our insurers, and to no other parties.
